pure bliss at this hotel!
superb locationeasy arrivalwell-kept groundshelpful staff
the location was superb. the east railay pier is right next door making arrivals and departures easy. the grounds are well maintained, perfect for a leisurely stroll. i saw monkeys playing on the hotel one afternoon, a magical moment!!! the staff were always helpful once i settled in.
the pool towels were a bit too big and bulky to carry to the beach, this was slightly inconvenient.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It included fresh, varied options that really impressed me. the choices were plentiful, and i found something new and delicious each morning. the food was AMAZING!!!

I appreciated the hotel's location, a short walk from the pier. the hotel maintained cleanliness, and the staff were cute. the breakfast offered a large choice. the rooftop pool was a great feature. It offered a spot for relaxation and views.

There are two swimming pools available . The lower level pool features a relaxing atmosphere with loungers under trees. the hotel also offers a spa and a gym for guest use. It is a nice addition.

My room had a mountain view and a terrace. the rooms include complimentary water bottles daily and coffee sachets. the room was spacious. It was clean. the beds are comfy!!!

The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. i always saw a staff member available near the infinity pool, taking orders. they have a 24/7 concierge available. It is great. i found the service excellent.

the hotel is close to the east pier, literally a two-minute walk. it provides easy access to bars and restaurants. it also allows easy transport to nearby areas. it is near walking street.

The hotel stands near restaurants and bars, and it remains quiet at night. Comfort and elegance define the bedroom. It is a convenient and tranquil choice amid the lively atmosphere.
I thought we had walked into a sewer when I opened the door. A strong smell of sewage existed, I could actually taste it. We started the AC unit, this made things worse.

The hotel features awesome pools for relaxation. Many animals live inside the resort. Monkeys, tropical birds, and lizards inhabit the area. It provides an entrance to a small zoo.
