wonderful stay
comfortable bed fresh selection well maintained grounds magical experience
my room had everything i needed, a comfortable bed and good amenities. breakfast included a varied and fresh selection, a highlight of my mornings. the grounds are well maintained and easy to navigate. i even saw monkeys playing, a magical experience.
the wi-fi signal wasn't always strong, especially in certain areas of my room, a minor inconvenience.

The staff were generally kind, helpful, and very responsive when i needed assistance. Their attention added to the quality of my stay and overall satisfaction. i found them willing to go the extra mile.

The room included a spacious layout with a separate seating area and a balcony that offered a view of the garden. It also featured a modern bathroom and comfortable furnishings. the air conditioning worked effectively.

The hotel had two swimming pools, one infinity pool, and a standard pool, both with sufficient loungers and shaded areas. The on-site gym included treadmills and stationary bikes? the main dining area offered both indoor and outdoor seating!

pure bliss at this hotel!
superb location easy arrival well kept grounds helpful staff
the location was superb. the east railay pier is right next door making arrivals and departures easy. the grounds are well maintained, perfect for a leisurely stroll. i saw monkeys playing on the hotel one afternoon, a magical moment!!! the staff were always helpful once i settled in.
the pool towels were a bit too big and bulky to carry to the beach, this was slightly inconvenient.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It included fresh, varied options that really impressed me. the choices were plentiful, and i found something new and delicious each morning. the food was AMAZING!!!

I appreciated the hotel's location, a short walk from the pier. the hotel maintained cleanliness, and the staff were cute. the breakfast offered a large choice. the rooftop pool was a great feature. It offered a spot for relaxation and views.

There are two swimming pools available . The lower level pool features a relaxing atmosphere with loungers under trees. the hotel also offers a spa and a gym for guest use. It is a nice addition.

great location elegant bedroom
The hotel stands near restaurants and bars, and it remains quiet at night. Comfort and elegance define the bedroom. It is a convenient and tranquil choice amid the lively atmosphere.
I thought we had walked into a sewer when I opened the door. A strong smell of sewage existed, I could actually taste it. We started the AC unit, this made things worse.

The hotel features awesome pools for relaxation. Many animals live inside the resort. Monkeys, tropical birds, and lizards inhabit the area. It provides an entrance to a small zoo.
