Railay Princess Resort & Spa, Railay Beach

I had a less than ideal experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean, the stay was marred by poor service and the unexpected extra costs for boat transfers. Overall, the location has potential, but the lack of proper amenities and facilities was disappointing.

The hotel is breathtaking with modern decor and a calming atmosphere, but the boat transport adds an unexpected cost that feels like a rip-off. Rooms are clean and spacious with great amenities, but the experience can sometimes feel less luxurious due to some service issues. We had a wonderful time at the Railay Princess Resort and Spa! The hotel is nicely located right by the pier, making it easy to access all that Railay has to offer. The rooms are spacious and modern, with amazing views from the pool area. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety and the service was a mixed bag. Despite some hiccups, it was a great experience overall.

I booked a Christmas break here, drawn in by the good price and positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The lengthy walk from the beach add to the woes, especially with luggage. Plus, the dining options, particularly for dietary restrictions, were quite poor. Overall, it was a disappointing stay during a special time of year.

I booked my stay at the Priness quite last minute and found a few positives alongside some drawbacks. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a difference during my stay. However, the beach area by the hotel isn't great for swimming, and I found the rooms outdated and not very clean. On the bright side, the rooftop pool offered a fantastic view that I thoroughly enjoyed.
